Arpana Trust Student Stories
The Farewell Speech of Two Students are as Follows
Varun
I am Varun student of class 12. I wish to begin my speech by presenting my moments spent at Arpana before all of you. Rita madam was my first teacher in Arpana.
I was quite shy by nature and didn’t have the confidence to perform in stage but with the support of my teachers and with help of my classmates and I gave my first dance performance in 2018 at Bal Bhawan and it was a memorable day for me.
Dance and drama helped us to show our creativity and it was a great source of entertainment for us. Along with the cultural programs, gradually our attraction towards studies also increased.
I got the opportunity to gain knowledge from the skilled teachers of Arpana Trust. I have made my parents and teachers proud by scoring good marks in class 10 Board exam and also with the help of my maternal uncle.
Financial assistance was provided by Agarwal madam whenever any student faced any difficult situation. After passing class 12 Arpana helps those who score good marks with scholarship to pursue higher education or vocational courses.
I hope that I will get the same opportunity like my uncle Mr. Pawan who is an alumnus of this institute. He did his B.com from Venkateshwara College and secured a good job. After that he completed his MBA. My uncle is my role model. I stay with my uncle and grandmother so that I can get guidance from my uncle and study in Arpana Trust.
Like my uncle, I also want to work hard and make my family proud. Thank you, all the teachers, for your constant support and guidance.
Bhumika
My name is Bhumika and I want to share my experience in Arpana with you all.
I have been studying in Arpana Trust since Balvatika (pre-school). It has
been so many years that I have been a part of Arpana but still it feels
like I recently started my journey here. In Arpana there are so many
teachers and everyone teaches in their own unique ways.
We met Romilla ma'am (volunteer) in grade third then she taught us
English in 4th and 8th grade so that our English grammar improves.
Madam taught us how to write in cursive.
We met Pushpa madam in grade 9 she taught us science and math and
made these difficult subjects easy and interesting to learn. Madam
taught us how to solve problems. She has a very good rapport with us
and we share our personal issues with her.
In grade 10 Rahul sir taught us English. He helped us to speak English in 1 a confident manner. Sir always motivated us to learn new English vocabulary and also to speak in English as much as we can so that we can improve our spoken English.
We met Ajay sir in grade 11. He taught through various activities through role play, debate etc. We learned the difficult concepts easily and sir also made the subjects interesting.
Meenakshi madam (volunteer) taught us English in grade 10 and 12. Madam thought us in a very affectionate manner she focused a lot on English grammar.
Shakuntala mam is our class teacher, she always maintains discipline in her class. She is very hard working and talented, her method of teaching helped us to retain the subject for long.
I want to extent my gratitude not only towards senior teachers but also to our primary teachers, middle school teachers and special thanks to all our Balvatika teachers who always showered their love on the tiny tots.
I am full of gratitude towards Arpana trust, the organization not only provides quality education but also provides financial support through scholarships to the students who want to pursue higher education. I hope they will continue the same in future as well.
At the end, I want to thank all my friends who made this journey even more memorable. All the moments I spent in Arpana were unforgettable and very special to me. I learned many new things here and made many beautiful memories with my teachers and friends. Arpana will always have a special place in my heart.”
